I am a 37 year old female with 27 years of personal experience with mental
health problems. I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and
co-occurring disorders Bipolar Type 2 and Anxiety disorders. It took me many
years to figure out what was causing my symptoms and I feel we as Seventh-Day
Adventists need this kind of support, therefore I am offering help. I am a qualified
counsellor but most of my discoveries were made through my own struggles. The
Holy Spirit is our Teacher.
